Four hours of bliss! I often like to visit Olympic Spa to unwind after a tough week! I don’t always have to get a spa service, but when I do, I love their Akasuri scrub and their massages! I’ve experienced the deep tissue, shiatsu, and fusion massages. I’m one that enjoys deep tissue massages the most, to the point of almost crying. I loved my experience, the 3 different pools to soak in, dry and wet saunas (I like wet more than dry and you ALWAYS find a dry one places) quiet, relaxing, exceptional facilities. I came at the end of the day, around 8pm and was still impressed with the cleanliness. I said it was my first time and a front desk lady showed me around. This is like full service, you've got nearly any treatment you could need, all the tubs and rooms plus a cafe! Amazing place, well worth a hour drive.
Clean women’s only facility; I love the Mugwort tea soak, Himalayan salt room, and charcoal room. Bring your own sandals/flip-flops. Also to note: the restaurant inside the spa is cash or credit card only- no longer accepts charge to your locker wristband.
This is my oasis of healing in LA.
The scrub is a life changer! You’ll be as smooth as a baby’s bum. Bring a friend and the Sunday paper, take a nap, have some lunch, get a mani/pedi and enjoy the peace and calm of the amenities. Great way for this teacher to start the new school year right!
