I called Olympia to schedule a drain, clean and restart of our standalone Beachcomber hot tub. The scheduling process was very smooth. Jason was the tech that came to service the hot tub. It was hot and regardless, Jason was pleasant, informative and so very thorough in his work! A man that takes great pride in his work. Everything turned out pristine and we couldn’t be happier. Will stay on their schedule for maintenance.

Sale Rep, Randy, was very knowledgeable and help me tremendously on picking the right hot tub that was within my budget and lifestyle. He helped me with every step. The installation technician, Jason, was also very experienced and helpful. Install was on schedule, fast, and easy. I would highly recommend Olympia Pools and Spas.
