We just moved into Olympic Park 55 plus. I love the view that we get, the people are very friendly, & it has great places to sit & relax-both during the day & evenings. Unfortunately what we don’t like are; 1 st- Only 2 parking spaces for a building that is supposed to be 55 plus. 2 nd- No crab bar for getting in & out of the showers. 3 rd-One thing that was on top of our list was a washer & dryer. But, unfortunately we can never use. No matter what day or time, there is none available.. I seen a man when we first moved... read more
RecommendedI’ve lived here for several months, and I have to say the people that manage this place are simply wonderful!! They will always work with you and are so considerate. I will definitely be renewing my lease with them. They are fantastic
Since new management staff has been in place much nicer place to live! Service orders don't get lost, they fixed the windows for entire complex. Installed brighter lights in the hallways. But mostly, you are made to feel regarded here. They greet and speak with you, they are always pleasant. I enjoy living here now.
good apartments for the average working person. management staff responsive to many resident needs. great improvements to facility over past year.
Lived here three years just got eviction notice and they don’t have to give a reason for it basically they are kicking out a disabled family by Augest 31rst and making it to where we can’t afford anywhere else to live I would not recommend this place to anyone after we leave
Worst place to live! They would always shut their water off for maintenance like twice a month because their plumbing is crap. They have mold problems in the interior of their walls and expected you to fix and clean. And they can't keep track of people's rent. When I moved out they were chargeing me for unpaind rent. I have bank statements showing otherwise. Don't waist your time in this shit place. Yah it's dirt cheap and for a reason, you get what you pay for and trust this place is not worth it. You have been warned.
They are going to cut down 5 trees for management said they are a " Hazard". Not a Hazard at all. They are holding the bank intact. They cut them and the bank will erode.......Stop this nonsense. I have lived here for 8 years and they have never been a hazard.Ever.
