I came here when I was a kid and my parents never had a complaint. Just had my first baby and after much research, we prefer to not vaccinate our child immediately. When trying to set up a newborn appointment, I was told that they refuse care because of this. A little bit of a controversial subject, but still crazy that this establishment tries to force parents into things.
Had a great experience until they met my black husband then the 1st disagreement we had about our child’s care they discharged us and said he was intimidating. Didn’t get the later until a day after I made an apt for a rash where the dr was insanely weird. Literally asked if I googled it? Disgusting practice. Don’t dare correct them on pronouns either or they get rude and offended. Absolutely terrible.
The pediatricians are great, nurse practitioners less so, and can be hard to see your primary provider as they are so busy. We also get billed for "emotional assessment" during well child checkups that our insurance doesn't cover. A nurse practitioner once fixated on a benign flow murmur of childhood and sent our kid for expensive cardiology evaluation which of course was normal.
