RecommendedDaniel was sent to replace the broken torsion springs on my garage door. He did an excellent job making sure that the right springs were installed for the weight of my door. He talked me through the entire repair procedure, answering all of my questions. He also lubed the door and adjusted my opener to ensure proper operation. Olympia Overhead Doors always has the best service, product and the very best in professionalism. Ken has serviced my garage door and opener twice. He is always courteous, fast, and does an amazing job. We also use them for doors and openers at all of our sites, and again, they never fall short of being amazing. Our company and I would never use anyone else for doors.

after loosing power during the wind my garage door came off rollers at top and went crooked. I called and Ken came out was wonderful and very helpful, was able to get everything lined up and it is working smoother than it has in years, he also showed me what needed to be done for routine care to keep it working for a few more years... it is an older wooden door with an old Stanley opener

My garage door stopped working. I called in the morning and their tech Daniel came out that same day!!! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He made awesome recommendations on maintenance and what to do and don't do with the door. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company!!!
Daniel was fantastic. Our garage would only go up about a foot.Daniel did a great job of diagnosing the problem and gave us options for solving the problem. We chose a new opener and he had it installed in an hour. The opener is much quieter than our old one and much cheaper than we expected. He also explained how to operate it.
