I am little behind on posting this. We had a technician named Ken come to our place in early November to address a garage door problem. Ken really did a phenomenal job identifying the problem with our door and fixed it up quickly. He was great about explaining the problem and what he did for a solution. He also ran diagnostics on the other set of doors to make sure those were in good working order. Lastly, the price was very fair in my opinion. It's been a while, but I'm very happy with the 16' door and new lift motor. The installation was first rate. 5 stars.
Daniel arrived on time, after calling and telling me he was on the way. He then replaced my garage door opener and keypad that had been installed by another company. It was only 4 years old. He was very efficient and explained the new system, while helping me put in my new codes. Done in an hour! I highly recommend Olympia Doors, and Daniel.
I called at 8:00 am and 3 hours later Daniel was here to fix the door. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed in no time!! He was understanding, patient, and even taught me how to open and close door manually. Great customer service!!!! Jacklyn
Every person was great every step of the way. I requested an online estimate on a Sunday night and had a response by 7:38 the next morning. My repair was scheduled much sooner than I thought possible, Ken arrived just as scheduled, and my job was well done quickly and thoroughly, at the cost I was quoted. Every encounter, every step of the way, each person surpassed expectations.
Ken showed up to repair my garage doors and shop doors. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a 3 year old problem w my doors that were originally installed incorrectly just 3 years ago. Ken kept me apprised of the repair time. He, and Oly overhead door far exceeded my expectations!
Installer Daniel arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He was polite, professional, and didn't waste time. Job was finished in a little over an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Olympia Overhead Doors.
