The initial contact was prompt and thorough. I received a reasonable quote. The day of the move went exceptionally well. The movers were efficient and careful. I would use Olympia again.

The moving crew was right on time, worked quickly, and took good care of our belongings. The estimate they provided was spot on, no surprises after the move. The destination was a 115 year old building that didn't have an elevator and had a narrow 3-flight stairway that was dimly lit. I cannot not express how much I appreciated this crew and their efforts!!! They were excellent!!!
Olympia Moving and Storage really took care of me during my interstate move. My belongings were delivered to me within 5 days of loading the truck and everything arrived in good shape. They really reduced the stress of moving out of my home of 26 years. I definitely recommend them for your moving needs.

The Olympia Team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. *** quickly did a FaceTime chat with me to do a walk through of our home to establish the size of truck and crew for our move, got the moving/parking permits all set, and coordinated with us when we had to adjust our move date. Very smooth and professional. The movers were accessible by phone and made sure to contact me ahead of time for pickup and delivery. I was worried about not having an exact date for delivery, but a delivery window is standard for moving companies and we ended up getting our furniture earlier than expected. Thanks!
