This is the second time I have used Olympia. My prior move went flawless with an excellent team that worked well together and were very professional. The team I had this time were also excellent. They were courteous, professional, efficient and very accommodating. They worked with me to place things, I was very satisfied with the work. There was one mishap, a chair fell of the ramp and two legs were broken. My experience with Olympia has been so wonderful. The movers came early and worked efficient. I'm glad I went with Olympia. The movers were nice and friendly and the price you couldn't beat. The move coordinator made sure I was taken cared for.

Olympia was recommended by my realtor, and they were very responsive and easy to book with. The customer service agent I went through was excellent and very patient even though our family had to change details about the move on multiple occasions. The moving team arrived on time, and really knew exactly what they were doing. As an active duty service member, I have moved about ever 2-3 years so I have a lot of experience with cross country and international moves. These guys were fantastic.

Great communication, great quality, and great price! As a real estate agent, I have recommended Olympia to my clients for years. When the time came for me to move, I got a quote from my brokerage's in-house moving company. Olympia came in at about 40% of the price of the in-house company (less than half!), and had far superior communication. When it came for moving day, the movers were quick, careful, and professional. All-in-all, it was a perfect experience. I am happy to recommend them all around.

I highly recommend Olympia Moving and Storage. I was a little nervous because this was my first experience hiring a moving company. Learned about this company from the BBB. Everyone was very professional and helpful from ******************* to ****** St. *** and the movers, Mr. *** and Mr. ******* The truck arrived on time to pick up items for delivery to my home. Mr. *** and Mr. ****** did an excellent job in wrapping my piano and bookshelf so damage was not done. They handled both items as well as items and walls in my hom... read more
