Poor process and questionable integrity.I have reached out to schedule a house move. I have picked up with the coordinator the dates then I have received a quote by mail and I have accepted it the same day. Then I have received a voicemail that the days are no longer available. Then, to my surprise, I got booked automatically for another date without any conversation and consent from my side. Outstanding company. Did everything they could to make the move painless
Olympia was completely unsafe, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. The movers howed up at origin over 4 hrs late with a nearly full truck when it was supposed to be empty for an intracoastal move even though arrangements were specifically made for an empty truck. I had to discard nearly half of my belongings because the movers couldn't fit everything into the nearly full truck and didn't call a second one, again, even though I had made arrangements and received a confirmed estimate that would have fit ALL of my belongings. Olympia was great. There was a snafu with scheduling, but the coordinator got right on it and made sure our move took place on the date planned. The guys they sent on both the pack out and delivery were professional and courteous. They made sure our things were placed in the right spots, disassembled and reassembled our furniture and wrapped things carefully to avoid scratches to our walls or items. Would definitely use again.

Olympia Moving and Storage did a fantastic job with my move and made my life easier during a stressful time! My two movers, ***** and ****, were very professional and did an excellent job. We had to have movers for two stages and this company did a great job. We have a lot of stuff, 39 years worth of stuff and they were patient and professional with packing and carrying every box up 15 steps to our driveway. They did a great job and hopefully when everything is returned it will be just as good.

My husband and I have used this company for all our moving needs for over a decade now. Theyre really terrific, professional, trustworthy and reliable. We have always had excellent service at their warehouse too where weve had stuff in storage for years. I have nothing but praise for this company they go out of their way to protect your furniture and belongings and ease the stress moving creates. Highly recommend!
