The nurses were incompetant. Husband accidently pulled out his iv..they just put a new one in. Never checked to have the one in his hand taken out. He had to have surgery months later to take it out. The head nurse in icu was combative. Would never listen. That caused more problems. The food (if you call it that) was really bad. Thank the Lord he had good Drs. The bathroom leaked and they wanted me to switch out the towels as they soaked up the leaking water. Finally a nurse from another floor came in and had him moved to an... read more
Horrible billing department, never called me once to tell me that I owed them money but they sent me to collections. So unprofessional it's a joke.
