I read URL and was not happy but this is so much better . Everyone very kind and attentive. From nurses doctors therapists valet and security. Very pleased.
Most of the comments left before said everything I could possibly think of and more. I would not recommend my worst enemy to visit this ER nor Hospital. The staff is incompetent and need to be restaffed or giving new training techniques. The nurses and physicians are straight up 🤢 nasty. No wonder why so many of leave the hospital with more germs than we had when we arrived. The staff as a whole need attitude adjustments and the communication lacks terribly.
They need a better system of communication. This place is a circus.
They should be ashamed. Very ashamed! The care is sub-standard. No one knows what the hell is going on. No one to speak to. The assign a gen md to my 95 year old mom, who didn't show up for 2 days. VERY ASHAMED
