RecommendedMoved into Olume last August. Overall, I've had a really great experience living here so far. I'm not sure why people have been so displeased with the place. 4.5/5 for me. Pros: - Nice upstairs gym with free weights (not too heavy, but can be a nice place to do cardio / light workouts) - Upstairs BBQ Area is beautiful. New management has poor communication with residents aka me :(
Olume is a great place to live. These losers need to get a lives and enjoy it, instead of spreading hate. I just recently moved in and haven't experience any thing crazy. I love the building, the staff, just hate the trash system but everything else is great. I don't get why people are complaining about a coffee machine that they don't own.
I have lived at Olume since October 2016 and the property has been going downhill for quite some time. The management team has made it very clear with their actions that they do not intend to properly maintain this building, to hold up to their luxury standard they boast on the website.
