Prompt in coming out for free estimate. In communication through email to alert when will be doing treatments. Additional treatments at no charge for problem area. Employees are polite and friendly!

We hired Olson's this year to help us maintain our lawn and to provide pest control at our vacation home. We have lots of guests running around barefoot from the house to the lake throughout the summer, so it is important to have grass that not only looks beautiful but feels great too. Jonas, the owner, is the heart of the company and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I have a question or concern, he is fast and responsive. His team has been very professional and delivered all services as scheduled. What I like a lot is the fact I get an e-mail the night before my services are to be done to let me know when they'll arrive and who will be doing the work.
