Went to Olson's to get an old Dyson repaired. Walked out with a new Riccar. Watched the best store manager, repairman and salesman do his work with several customers! Very busy day. Joe Welke is terrific. Made me an Olson's customer for life.
Minor service of my new-ish Hoover. It had a clog that I wasn't able to get to myself. They unclogged it right there and even showed my kids what he was doing. Expected to pay at least something but they said no charge as long as when we are in the market for another vacuum, we come to see them :). I definitely will!
