RecommendedWow! I went here one other time and they gave me such excellent service I was hoping I remembered the name of this place. Well, today I found them again and came in to repair two vaccuums. They are great!! Service has been awesome, and both times were due to my own fault.
Olson's have THE BEST customer service around. I recently purchased a Riccar vacuum, which I love. I brought it to Olson's this morning because it was not working efficiently. Jerry immediately stopped what he was doing, diagnosed the problem (a bag which was too full, user error), cleaned out the clogged tube, replaced the bag, cleaned off the vacuum and even carried it to my car, while it was hailing out. Don't know what I would do without Olson's -I have 4 dogs and 6 birds, a husband and a grandchild-now that's a lot of vacuuming. My vacuum broke down on Tuesday night (I almost starting hyperventilating) by Thursday I was back in business.
