Excellent service and good advice from Jennifer.
I've had several remodel projects over the past 18 years with Olson Rugs being the main focus. Each time I've become stuck on a crazy idea, Jennifer Pyle somehow knows how to pull my thoughts together and make me happy. Thanks Jen for always solving my "I can't decide" moments.
This is the 3rd time in 10 years that Steve Bulmash has assisted us in doing carpets in our Townhouse. First time was our basement, then our main floor and this last year we did our bedrooms. He made sure the measurements,installation and removal of old carpets were all done to our satisfaction. And they were. I would recommend both Steve and Olson with the highest praise.
