Working with Steve Bulmash at the Arlington Heights store was a pleasure. He proved to be more than knowledgeable. We came to him with quite a challenge--finding carpeting that incorporated certain colors and patterns that were rather untraditional. Steve wasn't happy until we found something that was perfect. And he did! That, along with his pleasant approach made it a truly great experience.

Jennifer Pyle was fantastic to work with! She helped with two large area rugs and also carpeting for my stairs and kids' bedrooms. She was always available when I had questions.
