Very fast scheduling for appointment. Having a call the morning of the appt to give a window of arrival worked well. The service techs were polite, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in their work. They gave advice on if they could replace an area of basement stairs carpeting that has been damaged due to cat scratching, even tho Olson Rug was not the installer. Great product and installation went smoothly. The flooring is vinyl but looks like wood. Excellent for a basement.
