Love this bakery ❤️
I was on my way to LA and stopped in Solvang. I am actually from Germany but have danish roots. This is why I stopped in Solvang. Funny to run into the bakery having the same Name as mine. Of course I had a wonderful coffee and a danish inside. Very tasty and it was so nice to talk to the Lady behind the Counter to find out more about the Mortensen and how they made it to Solvang. Never know. We might be related. LoL. The world is a small town. Enjoyed the stay and can only recomment this for a stopp and some real good Sweet... read more
As we drove through town this morning, we looked LONG and hard for a place to pull over. Bummer we found no easy Parking, because what we had yesterday sure was GREAT!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I love Solvang so much. I gained 10 pounds on my trip. Mortensen’s is always on my list of places to to when I go to Solvang
Yummy apple danish! I don’t normally eat sweets, so when I do, it needs to be good! Loved the assortment of pastries and the cheerful staff.
