I have always received such wonderful support and care from my family doctor, Dr. Erlank. They are consistently attentive, kind, and professional, and I truly feel that my health and well-being are in good hands. The entire office staff is also amazing—especially the receptionist (Hillary), who is always welcoming, helpful, and organized. Their friendly attitude makes every visit smooth and comfortable. I’m very grateful to have such a dedicated and compassionate medical team.

I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude receptionist in my entire life. When I called the clinic recently, I was met with a dismissive attitude and condescending behavior that left me genuinely shocked. As the first point of contact for a medical facility, professionalism and courtesy should be a given. I sincerely hope management is aware of how poorly this reflects on the clinic as a whole. This experience was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable..
