Dr. Olmstead is a very insightful, community minded person who takes people's life concerns seriously. He is also impressively concerned about our community and state's dermatological health concerns. He was VERY knowledgeable about the dermatology trends peculiar to our atmosphere in So. Idaho. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other place... read more

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Fairly Easy Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned he was for my well-being. His advice was very helpful and he listened to my concerns. I will absolutely return. It is difficult to get an appointment, but easier with a referal. I will refer my friends and family here.
