Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Dr. Sur has one of the most friendly, organized, and caring staffs I have ever encountered in my 42 years. It isn't often that I feel so comfortable with the care of my children in the hands of someone else, however, Dr. Sur is confidant, personable and determined to make and keep my family healthy. I will not see anyone else if I can avoid it. :)

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
