Very efficient and very professional.
EVERYONE -- reception and medical staff -- are focused in making the visit a good experience in a usually stressful situation for some. Nice people who are easy to converse with. Oh, and I have an annual checkup with Dr Jesse Olmedo (over the last several years) where I feel confident I am In good hands with experts. I recommend AZ Dermatology Specialsts.
Very patient and he listens
All health care providers could learn from Dr Olmedo and his staff. Check in, wait time, and scheduling are efficient. Staff are pleasant and listen carefully. Dr O listens to any concerns, does a though exam and afterwards gives clear explanations, using language that does not talk down to me.He always ends the appointment with “if you notice anything, call”. They mean it and get me in within a day or two.
