I find it confusing that I am expected to wait up to 7 business days for my card to be credited for a returned item, they didn’t have to wait 7 days to be paid for the item. Rules should be the same for all involved.
No public restrooms and the place looks disgusting.
Putting stickers directly on top of books is asinine, can't peel them off. Do better, use a different system, something. Books ruined because of a price sticker.
Overall a horrid experience and we won't be back. No employees other than 2 cashiers. Had to load a very heavy item by myself. The line was long and actually more than halfway across the store. It took an hour to get through. During the long wait we needed a bathroom but weren't allowed to use theirs. I had to get in my car and drive to another store.
