I ordered 8 bracelets from this company. I received 24. When I contacted them they said I had ordered 8 sets and not 8 bracelets! This was not indicated when I placed my order. I read that I ordered 8 bracelets. They gave me an address to send them back which was in **********. The shipping was over $400 to send them back. That was more than the bracelet value! So now I have 24 bracelets. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered off of an ad on ********* which I have done before without issues. This company is a scam. Stay away! I ordered (3) pieces of jewelry for Mother's Day ( 1 necklace / 2 matching ***************** rings ) After (2) incorrect shipments from *****, and lots of emails back and forth with language barriers I still do not have what I paid for. This is a complete scam. We ordered this two months before Mothers Day here it is May 25 and still have not heard a word from this organization. My daughter spent her hard Earned money on this for them to not only mislead her, but steal her money. This is disgusting.

How is this company still have an A rating? I ordered a mother daughter ******** in January to give to my daughter for valentines day. Bought the mother daughter rings for my daughter and granddaughter before the left the country. I’ve track my order is says that is was delivered but I never received them. My CC got charged right away and now I’m dealing with them to get a refund. I’ve contacted the CC company and have put a claim in to get my money back since I haven’t gotten a proper response except that they are checking into it. Ordered three “Girl Gang” rings from this company on 7.2.23 and still have not received my items. I received an email saying that they were delivered but when I reviewed the shipping information, only a shipping label was created. UPS was still waiting on the item. I’ve had minimal response from customer service and when I’ve asked for an update or refund, they continue to ignore my emails. They charge your credit card immediately and before they even ship the item. It appears that this company is a scam.

Terrible customer service! They agreed to replace the 3 rings I had purchased and then never sent them. So disappointing! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company misrepresents their rings. They advertise them as sterling silver but they are not. Within a few months, these rings look like something you would get at Dollar Tree. I am embarrassed I gave this to my daughter.

I bought the "Mother/Daughter Linked Forever" necklace in July 2022. Four months later, the clasp has broken and the links are terribly tarnished. I contacted the "support" team and their response was that they could not help me and sent me a link on how to take better care of the jewelry. With this kind of response, I will never buy or recommend this jewelry in the future. ****** *********
