My mother-in-law law was gracious and got me this gift certificate. After calling for 3 weeks with no answer and no call back from the messages I left I now realize this salon is a joke! The owner FINALLY answered the phone yesterday and said they are way booked so in other words my certificate is useless as it expires the 29th of this month. When I asked about a refund since it is unusable she said it clearly states on the back no refunds and they sold too many to keep up with. As of now I can count at least 9 or 10 people ... read more
