Terrible customer service. Our transmission went out on our vehicle and itwas under warranty. When we called in the warranty we were told it had to go to the nearest Chrysler dealer. Not by choice Olivias was the closest. When we had the vehicle towed to Olivia we were told by olivia chrysler there were "two vehicles ahead of us" well 29 days later there are still "2 vehicles ahead of us". They haven't even looked at it let alone started fixing it. We have now taken it to the dealership in Marshall where the work was started... read more
First vehicle I have bought from a dealership. Have to say it was pretty easy and forward. Didn't have to ask alot of questions because everything was explained very well. Dustin and Amanda we're amazing people to work with and I would highly recommend them. I'll drive the distance just to have them work on my vehicle.
My husband & I purchased a vehicle from Olivia Chrysler Center on April 29, 2017. We thought everything was great until we got a call from the bank saying that the loan on the vehicle we traded in was past due... every day since then they said it was taken care of & every day we have found out that it wasn't. Today the temporary license we received expired, up until 2pm today they said we would be getting them today, now they said they weren't sent at all.
