Come for the value, stay because it’s all you can afford. I moved out two months ago and lived here for a little more than three years. The day I was supposed to move in they said they had no apartment for me and I had to wait an unknown amount of time for the apartment to be ready which left me homeless for two weeks. Nice quiet place the maintenance always comes within a reasonable time and are always helpful same for the office lady
I’m a resident over here been here for 4 1/2 years going on five. I’m trying to figure out why you can never get in contact with the owner of this property Laura Leukardt the property manager. every time you try to go over her head is a problem. I fell on the property. I went to the office to report it. She had another worker in the office fill out a general liability accident report form and never reported to the insurance.
