Whomever answers the phone...very rude. I called me make a new client appointment and was transferred to a voicemail. Called back and told her she transferred me to a voicemail and she stated "I didn't transfer you" but it was the exact same person. Someone was supposed to call me back from the office over a week ago. She told me she was trying to help with a nasty tone of voice. I no longer wanted to be a patient there. If I'm getting these vibes over the phone I can only imagine how they'll treat me in person.
