Yikes! I was facing compulsory eye surgery to remove a growth and it was suggested I forgo anesthesia —other than drops that numb the eye. As frightening as the idea of being awake was the benefits just made sense. Great office, wonderful staff.
Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The chairs in the waiting room were average and not uncomfortable. I was never kept waiting very long. I think Dr. Chen is quite capable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
