I found as others did, that this company is unwilling to accept returns under any circumstances even when it is their fault. I had a leaking bottle when I opened my shipment. They were only willing to give me a 10% credit on THAT bottle. Also, the flavorings have no recognizable taste and are mostly alcohol. I believe their website page has bogus reviews, and is untrue compared to other review pages of Olive Nation.

I purchase 30 pounds of *****Currants. They were shriveled and fermented. The company refused to replace or credit them.

I use to love buying their vanilla beans. Now the beans they sell are trash and they do not stand behind them like they use too. I am extremely disappointed and now need to find my vanilla beans elsewhere.

I placed large first time order,paying extra 20.00 bucks for faster shipping.The extract were 46% alcohol ruining ice cream and baked goods with the after taste and smell.Tryedd heat reduction to remove before adding to recipe with same results.Ruined 50.00 worth of products plus the cost of order.A complete waste.Now have to go to the trouble of returning to get any of amount spent.I ordered Carmel and white chocolate.Save your money and time

I purchased the watermelon extract and it taste more like water and alcohol than watermelon. I called to inquire if they offered one with a stronger watermelon flavor and the woman that I spoke with was offended and cut me off. She stated, "well, that's unfortunate that you feel that way". Her tone was so very nasty just like the extract. The product matches the attitude. Nasty.
