I ordered tomato powder from this company by way of ******. I received the typical ****** bubble package, completely sealed. There was nothing at all in the package. Although I was refunded, I tried to post a review about my experience. My review was not posted. This is disrespectful. It would have been better to offer an explanation as to what happened that I got an empty bubble envelope.

There are other companies that can provide similar products. My first time using this company, very disappointed. *********** has the worst delivery system! ******** delivery experiences have a huge impact than positive ones. When a percentage of your customers are not receiving quick and effective delivery, theres an issue! So glad there are other options!

I placed a order May 4, 2020. I received an email 2 days later stating l was getting a partial refund because they were out of stock. They did not tell me what was out of stock so l don't know what l am receiving plus they tacked on a $9 delivery charge. Not happy. Won't be ordering again.

Second order of dark chocolate "jimmies" - they are the BEST! Rich genuine chocolate, great quality, reasonable price and swift shipping experience. Well-packed with ice bags, biodegradable corn starch peanuts and foil envelope to keep safe from summer heat. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was high shipping cost! I see why now. More economical if ordering a larger quantity, Would not hesitate to order other products at this time.

Horrible and nasty customer service rep Alicia. Absolutely no apology or offer for refund or exchange on a defective product. It’s not their policy. Well it’s not my fault I received an unusable and inedible product. Ordered double diced lemon peel which was stale and mealy! What kind of company doesn’t guarantee customer satisfaction? Also, shipment took very long to arrive. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered 3 extracts. And paid for expedited shipping. Shipping was delayed, my package was received 2 days later than when it should have delivered. When I received my package, clearly one of the extracts was leaking. The seal was either broken or not properly put on to begin with. I called immediately, got voice mail and left a detailed message to call me on fixing this problem. Called 2 days later, got voice mail again. Sent an email right away. Should have known better not to order from this company. Countless negative reviews regarding non receipt or damaged products. Shipment never arrived . The incompentant representative took an hour to tell me that no refunds are provided because it is "not in their policy".. doesn't matter if package not received or damaged, no compensation for consumers that get scammed.
