This company feels scammy. Their customer service is terrible and I hope someone looks into them and their practices. I have seen multiple complaints and my complaints are very similar. Products are not arriving.
I purchased a 4 oz bottle of what was supposed to be PURE grape extract from "Olive Nation" for an absorbitant cost of slightly over $17.00. I was sent a FAKE KNOCKOFF of some sort of alcohol "flavored" garbage INSTEAD OF the product I purchased!! The bottles wasn't even the same as the advertised extract!! Purchased **** extracts. French Vanilla- RED, no vanilla smell OR flavor. Orange Emulsion- creamy white with a hint of orange smell, not too much orange flavor. Sent in review. Not posted or addressed. Over $200 worth of products purchased and no reply. I guess the customer is not valued OR they are too big to care :(

For over that last decade I've ordered most of my pantry staples from OliveNation and have been very happy with my purchases. When I had questions regarding which type flavoring to use in a particular recipe, extract verse emulsion, they went out their way to education me and even sent me some samples. Be aware that they short customers on weight. I ordered 2 bottles of extracts 1. an 8 oz bottle of mint extract. The total weight on a good food scale was 8 ounces. A similar empty sized vanilla bottle weighed 1.1 ounces. So, I probably got less than 7 ounces instead of the 8 ounces I paid for. 2. I also bought a 32 oz. bottle of maple which weighed **** ounces total. I reported this to the company, but was ignored. So just be aware you are less than you are paying for
I have used the peanut butter extract & loved it. Just received the maple, I'm from **************** smells spot on. Very happy with their products!
I ordered a bottle of "premium peach extract" with listed "natural flavors" as the ingredients. After smelling and tasting the product, there is no way this product is not flavored with artificial ingredients. I emailed the company asking what specifically is used in the flavoring and received an email telling me that the ingredients were "natural flavors."
