I rent at the parkway apartments, and i can’t express how much i love living here. The management is AMAZING and is so so friendly. I’ve rented from other places before and olive west/parkway is by far the best place. i highly recommend moving into an olive west property

Moved out of my property November 11th now its nearly February and i still haven't gotten my deposit back and nobody can answer the phone here.
I rent from the Franklin Apartments in Boise, ID that this company owns. The fire alarm has been going off non stop for the last month. It goes off all hours, midnight, 3am etc. My children are traumatized.
