I had a very disappointing experience with the management at Olive View Apartments. The manager displays an extremely unprofessional and narcissistic attitude — speaking and acting as if she owns the building and is above any kind of feedback or accountability. I wish I had read all the reviews before applying. I do not recommend wasting your time applying here. Despite having sufficient funds in my account and a good credit score, my application was denied without a clear explanation. It honestly felt suspicious, and I began to wonder if there's more going on behind the scenes. One major red flag: they do not provide a copy of your credit report, even though you pay for it during the application process.
