18 years old, living with my boyfriend & our daughter. We lived at the Olive Tree for a year. The first half of it was great. We only had a 1 bedroom apartment, we didn't have any issues, as we were kids who just got their own place. We delt with the dirty carpet, the dirty walls, & chipped paint everywhere. Management is disrespectful and rude. Roaches in the apartments... promises of renovated apts but no such luck. Militant security officers...
No stars. If you want your dreams to die in a roach infested paradise, then yeah, this is place for you!
I currently live here and its quiet..i doblike it and have NO problems with roaches etc.but maintenance SUCKS! Literally took them 2days and me to call 4 times for them to come and the guy who came seemed bothered smfh.. there are ONLY about 2-3 friendly people in the office.
