The management and staff here is unbelievably and I mean unbelievably horrible. Like they do not have any compassion for any one but themselves. We moved in in 9/2011, moved out in 4/2015. First year was fine, no issues with management or maintenance, only getting rent in on time, but that was our fault. Then, the neighbor below us got sprayed for roaches. That was the start of the down fall. We were all of a sudden infested. Imagine coming into your kitchen in the middle of the night to get a drink, you turn the light on, and your white wall is spotted black and moving. We had Them Spray but No help. They raise the rent with and without notice and it takes them three weeks to fix something that is broken!
They are a pain in the ass and will not give you a letter of recommendation
