Management team here is awesome. They are always quick to respond to any issues. Amenities are great, I actually just finished tanning which as an amazing amenity to have access to in the summer. Incentives are also awesome. It may take a while to receive them, but we are lucky this is even offered and it is totally worth the wait!
Hate this place. Management team sucks at their job. Always disrespectful... I get billed for random things and when I ask they refuse to tell me anything. Don’t let those incentive agreements fool you I’ve lived here for 7 months and still have not received them. The apartment when I moved in was dirty. Maintenance never comes when I’ve asked and filled out papers work. This place seems to think they can bully and harass because it’s mostly college students... Save your money and get another place. 🚫
The staff here are not the most helpful people on the world. When I first came in the room it was dirty. There were several scathed on the floors and a hole in the bathroom. They offer free printing but don’t expect to print anything because the two printers in each building are always broken.Around 5 weeks from moving in water started dripping from the apartment. Called maintenance staff and was told to deal with it.
"The amenities are top notch! I am constantly amazed at the tireless effort of management staff and maintenance crew to keep the many outside areas and and facilities clean and functional. The complex is enormous, covering 2-3 city blocks. I love living here."
