I really like having my own bathroom and the amenities like the washer and dryer and the modern kitchen are great. I wish more care was taken when the management selects roommates for us.
Got scammed out of thousands upon move-out. Tried to bill me 100% for carpet in the common areas and sofa replacement, among other things. I had 3 other roommates that paid $0. I was barely ever home. This place was the biggest mistake I ever made, I was miserable the whole time living there. Just keep looking.
The only thing that slightly redeems 13th and olive is that the maintenance team is prompt and friendly. Management sucks, and the roommate matching system and availability of guest parking permits is a joke.
Management is so horrible
They have had a broken pool for over a month, and are still waiting on the part. Why am I paying for utilities that I am unable to use? yes there is another pool, but it doesn't have lounge chairs, and doesn't get direct sunlight!
“It’s wonderful! I enjoy living here, the staff members are super-duper nice and everyone that works here is willing to go out of their way to make your experience wonderful. Shout out to the maintenance team for quick response to my work order. The atmosphere is great, and the amenities are clean! I couldn't ask for more! Woohoo.
