UPDATE: FINALLY received a response. They are resending my shipment and giving me 10% off my next order. In all fairness I do have to say their products are excellent. I don't get even one chip in over two weeks of wear! RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS!!! My order was placed on January 23, 2020. I’ve emailed, I’ve commented on Instagram, now I’m taking to Facebook... and it looks like I’m not even close to the only one who can’t get a response from customer service. Also looks like I’m not the first one to have an issue with shipping. Guys, what’s the deal? My order was supposed to be here by now and I haven’t even received a shipping confirmation. Who do I have to flash to get some basic help? At this point I would take a full refund plus extremely steep interest.
RecommendedOkay so I am an amateur when it comes to doing my own nails.... like horrible. My husband and I are expecting our first child so we are cutting back on unnecessary expenses hence why I wanted to try olive & June. Oh my gosh when I say this stuff is great, I got the everything kit, I mean this stuff is amazing! Do my nails look awesome?... no because I’m learning but do they look better that I have ever done them?... heck yes! The poppy is my hero! I’m already thinking of the next mani set I want to get. 😂
UPDATE: I heard back and they are shipping out a replacement as well expediting the shipping. I ordered the Studio Box for a friend as a gift. Unfortunately I received an empty box. How a completely empty box was shipped is beyond me. Not only was I disappointed that I had no gift to give, but I emailed about the issue and have yet to hear from anyone. I truly hope I did not just spend $50 for an empty box. I will update if I ever hear from someone. 😞

I was supposed to get free two day shipping on an order for Christmas gifts. You created the shipping label on 12/16 then canceled it on 12/20, 2 days after I should have received it. I never received any type of notification or update that anything was canceled, and now it is probably too late to get my gifts in time for the holiday.

About three weeks after ordering and not receiving my order I e-mailed. Apology came quickly and the promise to ship my order with two freebies. I waited over a week for that to arrive only to be so disappointed with these polishes. I have never had a polish that chips like this. Every single time. I have used OPI, Essie, Sally Hansen, Orly, Revlon-they all wear way better than this. Polishing with Olive June is a waste of my time.
