Mother's Day gift arrived well packaged but container was broken. Succulents were not in container but placed on top and already turning brown. Had to plant myself and hopefully will rebound

They BEST customer service i have received in a very long time!!! My in-laws sent us Easter flowers and they came pretty badly damaged, clearly as a result of the carrier service!! I called and let them know. Amber was MORE than helpful. I had not even ordered them. They were ordered for me. She sent us out a new big beautiful arrangement and completely credited my in-laws back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! That is going above and beyond in my opinion! I purchased 4 items for Christmas gifts totalling approximately $750. One item I purchased for $275.72 including $31.72 for shipping costs was never shipped. Instead they substituted an item valued at $98.00 with free shipping. If the recipient hadn't sent me a photo of the gift I would never have known. Ordered a Birthday gift for my mother on Sunday 12/17...get a phone call 12/20 that they will have it there by Saturday 12/23...then, an email late Wednesday 12/21 that they figured out it’s on back order and will ship on 1/3. Well, that will make for a nice birthday for my mother on 12/27. And, now it’s too late to get anything to her.
