RecommendedFantastic customer service! Have loved their arrangements as a recipient and as a giver, but when one wasn't up to their meticulous standards they were very helpful and amazingly fast at making things right.
What great service at Christmas time. Phone orders are normally exhaustive but at O&C the gals I spoke with were not only helpful, they actually called me about a shipping problem and made sure a gift I needed would arrive several days before Christmas. This is not the norm for any other supplier.
Unique items for unique people. I bought the “Caroline” doll for my granddaughter. She absolutely love the doll, especially because it was unique and not like other dolls. The box that it was packed in added to her excitement on Christmas morning. Olive and Cocoa is a place to find “special” items that will not be found from other mainstream retailers.. I highly recommend Olive and Cocoa.
