With all the challenges of 2020, I’m not surprised that my order placed 12/17 with expedited shipping fees didn’t arrive. I am however very aggravated that there has been no update on the fb page, the web site will not let me track the order in my account, and no email updates have been received three days after the gifts were to arrive. Better communication is important in recognizing an understandable issue that simply needs to be addressed and resolved. Please provide transparency for your consumers. Thank you.

5 Stars!!! We are a first time customer. Our company ordered Halloween Gift Baskets to be sent out to employees and Chrissy went above and beyond with assisting us with our order. We had an issue with two orders being delivered to old addresses and they shipped out new baskets without any additional charge to us. I would highly recommend this company for all your gifting needs. They are exceptional!!!
What a disappointment. Ordered a kimono in March for $134 and finally received it yesterday, June 27. The garment was much shorter than it appears in the catalog and was made of a cheap lightweight cotton in India. It looks like something you would pay $19 for at WalMart. Won’t get ripped-off by this company again.

I ordered the Ride of a Lifetime gift box for my hubby for his birthday and we were both quite pleased, which is saying something: my husband is very particular, has few hobbies and isn’t great at communicating what he wants. In a nutshell, if he wants something, he gets it himself, which always makes birthdays, holidays and other gift-giving situations difficult. Ordered a flower arrangement for Mother’s Day and it arrived with dead and wilted flowers. There wasn’t any water in the tubes for the flowers. Super pricy with next day delivery for a disappointing gift.
