RecommendedI called today and placed an order, whoever I spoke with was Amazing.! She was great to talk with, helped me find an alternative because what I was originally ordering was sold out.. Will def be buying again!!!
This company has charged my credit card on two separate occasions for over $1900! I made one order with them over the phone that was paid for and somehow my CC got put on a corporate account and this has caused me extreme inconveniences and late fees! I would never and I mean never use this company again.
The catalog is cool looking and they have fun items. Granted the prices are exorbitant but for ease and coolness that can be put aside. Their website is terrible - if an item is discontinued, note it. Also, don’t put discontinued items in the new catalogs which are sent all the time. ThIs frustrates and annoys customers, forcing them to call. The customer service person was lovely - polite and efficient - which was great after the annoying website.
Really disappointing. Can find these gifts much cheaper at other places. And you don't have to deal with the run around.
Really overrated. Dealing with them is such a pain.
THIS my friends is what Customer Service looks like! I used Olive & Cocoa to send gifts to our referrals! They sent this as a thank you gift! Every year I spend thousands with various companies to let our referrals know how much we appreciate them. Never, until today, has one company ever sent me something to thank ME for using them! They have scored a life long customer! Thank you Juliana Nunez, you will be hearing from me very soon!

I have been buying from Olive and Cocoa for years. They have so many unique gifts. Their customer service is top notch. Their gift messaging wasn’t working one time when I made an order and they called me within 15 min of my order to see if I wanted to include a gift message. If anything goes wrong with your order they will fix it!!!
