I have been eating at Oliva's since day one. The food is outstanding!! The Chicken Enchiladas are sooo..tasty and her rice is spectacular. The Carbonara pasta is divine. She cooks in her own way and does not try to be like anybody elses cusine. I left Sheridan a few years ago and I really miss her food. We will make a trip back this summer and that is the first place we are going.

The breakfast burrito with chorizo. was excellent it even came with the side of salsa and Pico De Mio sauce .. it was so good. There is more meat than side crap. and it was excellent. Best food since I went to Mexico. (I am originally from San Diego, CA). Can't wait to go back to try the carne asada.
