When I first called, the gentleman was very polite, went out of his way to accommodate us. I was even thinking, "wow. I'll have to leave an awesome review!". After someone was able to unlock the car, I immediately called Oliphant to offer to pay them for their time, gas, etc., but before I could say anything else, I was hung up on, right after I said someone got it. I would have gladly paid, since they did change their schedule and all, but I was hung up on before I could even offer to. I do realize he was probably in a big ... read more
Paul helped me fix my house door and went above and beyond. His customer service was outstanding. He even showed up in a suit and tie!
I would recommend Oliphant Lock and safe to anyone who needs a locksmith! They were extremely friendly and helpful. Chad helped me when my keys were locked in my car! He arrived on scene incredibly fast and within minutes had my car unlocked! Thank You Oliphant Lock and Safe!!
