This is a wonderful, helpful, useful service if you genuinely need it and use their services correctly. The staff is lovely, they understand children will be children and are not annoyed when my two act a little crazy when we get to our appointments. They offer a lot of information both in person, on the phone and online. They also gave each of mine a book to read there and take home with them.
