Food is Excellent, same wonderful sandwiches as 30 years ago. Service at this location has been below average for a while.

Horrible service. People who came in 5 minutes after we were seated had their drinks and appetizers out before we even seen a waitress let alone ordered anything. Then had to wait forever for refills, as well as the check. We used to come here at least twice a month but now will taking our business elsewhere.

It's hard to get corp restaurants to follow requests I guess. While I enjoy the Original Olga I always request the meat be flat topped to make it a little crispy, they say "yeah we can do that" then don't do it. I eat at Olga's at least once or twice a month at any one of their many locations and all have done the same thing. I think the cook sees a blur view of the ticket then cooks the same old thing and ships it.

This location has given me and family problems each time we come here. From cold food to horrible service. I hope they better people because it's unacceptable.
Stopped in for dinner on the way home. Food was great and Nancy was an excellent waitress... we'll stop at this location again just because of her.
Date night Thursday at Olga's for the last three years and Kathy our waitress is the bomb!!!!
Love it, hate the fact they have no locations in the southern region. ( Middle Tennessee)
