This location is terrible dirty glasses and eating supplies the servers are rude the manager lavon need to be more professional when it comes to handling certain situations im sorry you guys but if i were you i would not want to experience this horrible place
So not only did I wait 45 minutes on what was supposed to be a 15 minute wait, when I brought the food home they forgot all the side sauces/cheeses. So I angrily go back and they give it to me and offer me a free basket of smackers. I mean, great so I can come back and wait another 45 minutes? So after over an HOUR after ordering my food. Service sucked!!! Food was great!..our waitress was sooo slow and had to be reminded to bring our food...when the manager had to bring our bread pudding after we complained she basically just threw it in front of us
The waitress spilled drinks on me and my girlfriend was bad and I was charged full price for the meal!!!
We're usually huge fans of Olgas but tonight we were disappointed. The waitress wouldn't continue my "unlimited" soup salad and snacker order and it was only 9:20 pm. I got the original order and only one more salad-in a to go container. She told us that they were closing soon and they were not taking in anymore costumers or orders. Overall, we were just confused as it was only 40 minutes before they closed and we ordered well before then.
Love the food....but worst customer service at this location.
