HORRIBLE SERVICE WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD that came out wrong � OUR WAITER & MANAGER WERE TERRIBLE!!!! Food was cold & the snackers were hard! Very disappointed!!!!
Ive been eating Olga's for 35 years. Ive seen its ups and downs. Watched many locations disappear over the years�� but this location is alright. It took them years to just recently get there pepsi machine calibrated right. The service is hit or miss. Last night was..so-so. But the manager made it her business to make things right. My server was i guess new and pissed me off. But she did offer a sincere apology. I just wish with the perfect pair we could still get 2 mini olgas and 1 side. We always go to Olgas on Harper in St Clair Shores. Always good food and service�
The service is AWFUL and the people who work here are RUDE.
Love their snackers and almond butter. I always start with a cup of cream of broccoli soup.
First we asked for extra cheese with our Snackers it never happened asked another waiter never happened asked the manager never happened. My son's steak burger was incorrect. Water spilled on the floor never cleaned up never asked if we would like a refills on our water and finally we did but only got a couple so we were sharing no explanation of bad service not happy. Waitress trid to apologize. Manager said nothing. People even walked out.
I take the kids here because they love Olga food but this on has horrible service. We used to go regularly but will not be back. I waited for more than 30 minutes for a refill on the unlimited meal which is just salad, snackers, and soup. Was giving two napkins for three people, two of which are children. Never got the check had to eventually go to the counter and they had to find my waiter somewhere in the back to cash out while the lady next to me had to bring her glasses to the counter to get refills.
